For total peace of mind, our Probate administrators are LLB qualified, Probate is extracted using selected and approved solicitors, we are registered under the Data Protection Act, Regulated by the Society of Willwriters & Estate Planning practitioners and we also hold £2 million of indemnity insurance cover.
